BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A United States Attorney indicted a Niagara Falls man on charges of attempted production, production, and possession of child pornography.
66-year-old Carl Anthony was accused of recording a video of a 13-year-old girl changing and showering in June of 2019.
Federal investigators executed a search of Anthony's house and found a hard drive containing two videos.
Anthony is also accused of disobeying release conditions by leaving the Western District of New York as he was taken into custody earlier this month in San Diego.
Anthony faces a minimum of 15 years in prison with a maximum of 30, in addition to a $250,000 fine.
