BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Niagara Falls man is accused of filming a 13-year-old girl while she changed and showered.
According to authorities, The Town of Niagara Police received a complaint regarding 66-year-old Carl Anthony. Authorities obtained a search warrant and executed a search of Anthony's Niagara Falls residence. A hard drive confiscated by police showed two videos of the victim showering and changing in a bathroom, the U.S. District Attorney's Office says. According to authorities, Anthony was identified as the person responsible for making the recording.
Anthony is charged by criminal complaint with attempted production of child pornography. He faces a maximum of 30 years and a $250,000 fine.
