LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WKBW-TV) — It's an art gallery, a gift shop and a place for artists in residence. The ART274 may also be home to ghosts.
Heather Grimmer owns the 180 Thousand square foot facility that was once the Western Block Company in Lockport. She says that she and many others in the building sometimes hear unexplained footsteps and other noises.
Recently Heather has partnered with Tony Henandez and Frank Kupka of ParaNiagara, a group that does ghost investigations and ghost tours.
The tours take place Fridays and Saturdays through October and after that interested people can sign up for private tours.
