BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The SPCA Serving Erie County wants to know who abandoned 14 cats and kittens on the porch of a Buffalo home.
A resident of Churchill Street called the SPCA after finding the cats in boxes this afternoon.
Two were taken to the Buffalo Animal Shelter, the rest are in the care of the SPCA. Veterinarians are examining the cats to determine what treatment they may need.
