Fisher-Price is recalling an accessory that comes with the Ultra-Lite Day & Night Play Yards.

About 71,000 units of the inclined sleeper accessory are being recalled because of safety concerns.

According to the report, infant deaths have been reported while using similar inclined sleep products.

The accessory is placed on top of the playpen and turns into an inclined sleeper.

The model numbers that are being recalled are as follows: CBV60, CHP86, CHR06, CJK24, and DJD11.

You can find the model numbers by looking at the fabric label inside of the play yard on the back of the inclined sleeper pad.

Consumers who bought the accessory are asked to contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher.

Fisher-Price is already facing a class-action lawsuit over its recalled Rock 'N Play sleepers.

The Rock 'N Play sleepers were recalled in April.
