EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Fisher-Price is facing a class-action lawsuit over its recalled Rock 'N Play sleepers.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Buffalo.
The lawsuit claims that the East Aurora toy company knew about the risks to babies for years and ignored them.
Consumer advocates say the product lets babies sleep on an incline, possibly leading to suffocation and death.
The Rock 'N Play sleepers were recalled in April.
More than 30 infant deaths have been linked to the sleeper in the past 10 years.
