BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County Department of Health is investigating a bar on Hertel Avenue in Buffalo after the department received numerous complaints.
The department said it received a large amount of complaints regarding M T Pockets bar where a large group of counterprotesters gathered during protests on Hertel Avenue Tuesday night.
These counterprotesters were protesting the arrest of 47-year-old Michael Cremen who allegedly committed a hate crime during a rally on Friday.
The health department said its sanitarians will investigate and no additional complaints are necessary.
