Early voting ends in WNY, Primary Day is Tuesday

More than 11,000 people took advantage of the option to vote eartly.

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Early voting is now over in Western New York.

Erie County is reporting that 1,531 people cast their vote Sunday.

That brings the nine day total to 11,163.

Voters are making their voices heard in a few key contests.

That includes the race for governor, plus other state and local races.

Primary Day here in New York is this Tuesday.

The polls will be open from 6am to 9pm.
