DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Dunkirk Police Department announced the suspect in a fatal stabbing incident was taken into custody Wednesday.
Police say 26-year-old Ashlyann M. Lopez-Lopez is charged with manslaughter in the first degree following the investigation into the stabbing death of a 15-year-old girl.
Lopez-Lopez was arraigned in Dunkirk City Court with bail set at $500,000/$1,000,000 and she was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
