TOWN OF COLDEN, N.Y. (WKBW) — Deputies with the Erie County Sheriff's Office are reopening Irish Road in the Town of Colden between Hayes Hollow and Finch roads after successfully locating a distraught male.
The sheriff's office released an advisory for Colden early Monday afternoon requesting that people avoid the area of the closure while deputies searched for the man.
Deputies say the man was taken into custody peacefully. They are taking him to a local hospital to be evaluated.
