BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Crime Stoppers Buffalo is hoping cold hard cash will lead police to the suspected killer of Percy Scott.
Scott was shot to death in May on Cornwall Avenue.
Crime Stoppers is now offering a $7,500 reward for the arrest or indictment of a suspect.
