BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo-based photographer will be spending the next 20 years in prison for producing child pornography.

44-year-old Delshawn K. Trueheart was sentenced on Wednesday after admitting to the crime last February.

It was back in March of 2019, when investigators say they reviewed an SD memory card seized from Trueheart’s home while executing a federal search warrant. The SD card contained a video shot by Trueheart which investigators say showed Victim 1, a minor, naked in the defendant’s East Delavan Avenue photography studio.

The same victim also told police that Trueheart had a sexual relationship with her while she was between the ages of 15 and 17.
