BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo-based photographer has pleaded guilty to producing child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Prosecutors say investigators seized an SD memory card from 43-year-old Delshawn Trueheart’s home back in March 2019, which contained video of an underage victim nude in his photography studio in Buffalo.

The victim reported to Buffalo police that Trueheart had a sexual relationship with her when she was between approximately 15 and 17 years old.

Trueheart could face 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced in June.
