BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man was sentenced Friday to 32 years to life in prison for a shooting that killed one woman and injured another.

The Erie County District Attorney's Office says 32-year-old Lemuele Jackson fired multiple shots into a group of people outside of a house on Hagen Street in August 2018.

26-year-old Santana Anderson was shot in the head and died at the scene, a 36-year-old woman was also shot and injured.

Jackson was found guilty by a jury on multiple charges including one count of murder in the second degree following an October 2019 trial.
