BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man has been indicted for the murder of a Town of Tonawanda woman.
According to the Erie County District Attorney's Office, 22-year-old Joshua Wilson killed 71-year-old Diane Wolfe in her home on Yorkshire Road back in May.
If convicted, Wilson faces up to 25 years in prison.
Wilson is expected to appear in court on September 1st.
He is being held without bail.
