EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced Thursday a Buffalo Diocese Seminarian has been charged with DWI for crashing into an East Aurora home.
22-year-old Kevin Eggert of Cheektowaga crashed into a home on Knox Road near Christ the King seminary in East Aurora on May 7th.
Eggert faces the following charges:
- Failure to keep right on a two lane road
- Moved from lane unsafely
- Failed to yield right of way to emergency vehicle
- Speed violation, speed in zone
- Speed violation, unreasonable speed
- No seat belt, driver
Eggert was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court June 19th.
