BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — It's not ice car! But this is a sight to see off Fuhrmann Boulevard.
The chairs at the Buffalo's Outer Harbor are encased in ice. We're not talking about a glaze of icing, but inches of ice.
Strong winds over the past couple of days pushed water over the wall and onto the ground and chairs. Over time, water splashed and collected on the chairs and froze.
The grass couldn't escape Old Man Winter. In the picture below, you can see ice covering blades of grass.
Some of the chairs lucked out with only a glaze.
