BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Police have made an arrest in a triple shooting in North Buffalo that left one teen dead and two others hospitalized.

Sources confirmed the arrest to 7 Eyewitness News Friday morning. The suspect has been identified as 18-year-old Josue Bermudez. He was arraigned in Buffalo City Court and assigned counsel. Charges were not read without an attorney present.

17-year old Deron Allen was killed. Two 16-year olds were also shot but survived. Police say the three men went to a party they were not invited to at the North Buffalo Community Center Friday night March 8th on Sanders Road. Police say the young teens were turned away and that's when police say, Bermudez opened fire. Police also say Bermudez targeted his victims.

Neighbors say they now have peace of mind knowing that a suspect has been arrested. Police say they were able to make the arrest with help from home surveillance cameras in the neighborhood.

Police are not releasing Bermudez mug-shot right now because he's facing a grand jury next Thursday.

Police said a large party of approximately 50 to 60 people was happening at the community center at the time of the shooting.
