NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 20-year-old Buffalo man was sentenced Tuesday to 17 years in prison, followed by five years post-release supervision.
The Niagara County District Attorney's Office said that on October 15, 2024, Patrick J. Washington ran 26-year-old Xavier T. Gober over with his car on Hyde Park Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
Washington pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in June.
