BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Child Victims Act's one-year look-back window for victims of child sexual abuse to file civil claims opened on August 14, 2019. Since then, more than 200 claims have been filed in Western New York Courts. Below is the 7 Eyewitness News database of these filings.
