New York State Police announced they have arrested the suspect in the deadly I-190 shooting.
Juan A. Colon, 22, of Buffalo, has been arrested and charged with murder in the second degree for the death of Angel Marcial.
The shooting occurred Monday July 9, on the I-190 in the City of Buffalo near the Niagara Street exit, police believe Colon targeted Marcial.
Colon is being held at the Erie County Holding Center awaiting his arraignment.
