Dozens of people will soon be out of a job in the Town of Tonawanda.
The State Department of Labor says 72 people at the NRG Huntley Plant will be laid off between March and June of 2016.
Lawmakers are trying to keep the plant open, because they say it's the single-largest taxpayer in the town.
If it closes, the Ken-Ton School District will lose about $3 million in annual revenue.
