Western New York skiers and snowboarders will have to wait about a week to hit the Holiday Valley slopes again.
The resort opened Thanksgiving weekend, but the warmer weather is forcing it to close for skiing and riding the weekend of December 3rd and 4th.
Holiday Valley's Director of Marketing says the plan is to make snow at least Friday and Saturday nights, and hopefully reopen Friday, December 9th once the colder weather sets in.
