Drive down Main Street in the Village of Williamsville, and you’ll pass Capello Salon and Day Spa.
John and Rita Lauricella opened the business in 1970. Today, it has three locations and more than 80 employees.
It’s now owned by their son-in-law, Joseph Freitas. He said business has never been better.
“We're continually growing. So, we're always taking new applications and looking for new staff to come on board with us.”
Employees are eligible for health benefits, a 401k and paid time off. “We offer them a career instead of a dead-end job behind a chair,” Freitas said. Salaries vary based on position.
