IHOP is asking guests make a voluntary donation to Women and Children's Hospital in exchange for some free hot-cakes, but no donation is required.
Over the past decade IHOP National Pancake Day has raised approximately $15 million for hospitals across the country, including Women and Children's in Buffalo.
