The massive nor'easter that's now pummeled its way up the east coast is now causing traveling headaches in Western New York.

Buffalo Niagara International Airport has several delays and cancellations thanks to the storm that caused floods in several coastal cities, and dumped more than a foot of snow in others.

Some of those flights even impacted Bills fans who were trying to get down to Jacksonville before Sunday's big playoff game against the Jaguars.

One fan we caught up with at the airport told 7 Eyewitness News' Liz Lewin his flight was canceled, but it's not stopping him from going south. He was briefly stranded at Buffalo Niagara Airport, but was able to get a ride from the airport and said he plans to drive down to Florida for the game.

And he's not the only one with a back up plan.

Another fan said, " I've been waiting since I was three-years-old for this moment, I'll walk if I have to."

Airport employers advise travelers to check online, every 30 to 45 minutes, for flight status delays and cancellations due to weather conditions.
