GREECE, N.Y. (WKBW) — The father of two children who were kidnapped from their foster home is being accused of aiding in the plot.
Police say Dimitri Cash worked with the people who took the children on January 19th. He's being charged with kidnapping, burglary and robbery.
His two children Shekeria Cash, 3, and Dimirti Cash, Jr., 5, were found on January 21st in Montgomery, Alabama lying on the backseat floor of a van and covered in a blanket.
Dimitri Cash is due in court on January 28th.
