What to do if you experience issues while voting in New York State

NEW YORK (WKBW) — With thousands of New Yorkers already casting their ballots, many of us could run into problems at the polls.

The New York State Attorney General's Office has set up an an online form and election hotline where you can submit voting difficulties.

In the form you follow these steps

  1. Enter your information and preferred form of contact
  2. Select your issue and describe your incident in detail including where it happened
  3. Upload any photos if they are available
  4. Submit the form
