BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Michael Kearns has won the race for Erie County Clerk.

Kearns, a Republican, faced off against Democrat Melissa Hartman.

Kearns has served as Erie County Clerk since 2018.

Prior to serving as clerk, he served as a New York State Assemblymember and Buffalo Common Councilmember.
