Neighbors living in the Old First Ward were without water early Wednesday morning, after a water main broke on Kentucky Street.
The water main broke before 5:15 a.m. causing some flooding on area streets. Buffalo city workers were seen blocking the road about an hour later.
Around 25 customers are affected but crews say they should have the water back on by Wednesday afternoon.
