ALBANY, N.Y. (WKBW) — Governor Andrew Cuomo has directed flags be flown at half-staff to honor those we have lost to COVID-19.
Flags will remain in the lowered position while New York is on PAUSE.
In New York, more than 149,000 people have been diagnosed with the virus, with more than 4,100 succumbing to the disease statewide.
