The word "chill" is taking on a whole new meaning down at Riverworks with a transformation unlike anything Western New York has seen.
Chillounge Night Buffalo debuts on Friday, August 25th, with the ultimate luxury outdoor lounge-like experience down by the waterfront.
Tim Mitten and his team at Full Moon Promotions have successfully pulled this event off in 8 cities throughout Florida, starting in Sarasota. Now, he said, "it's time to bring this event home."
After living in Buffalo for 15 years, Mitten decided to bring the this one-of-a-kind experience to the area, offering the community a high-end transformational experience with high-end elements.
From canopy lounges and day beds, to VIP cabanas, a cat walk and live entertainment, this upscale evening will turn a rustic Riverworks into a luxurious space with a modern flare.
"Buffalo has really transformed. Even in the past year or two that I've seen, it's such a different place. I thought, what better time than to bring something of this scale home, I really think it fits in with the direction that this city is going," Mitten said.
As one of the sponsors, our team will be there for the inaugural event. WKBW anchor Ashley Rowe will be on-site , red carpet and all.
