Canterbury Woods presented its plan to build a $30 million senior living facility at the former Gates Circle Hospital site on Delaware Avenue.
The new complex will include more than 50 individual apartments, five assisted living units, cafes, dining spaces, and more.
The hospital will be imploded next Saturday at 7 a.m.
Canterbury Woods hopes to open the new facility no later than Fall of 2017.
