With beer lovers craving more and better craft beers, it seems Ukrainian born brewer Naz Drebot came to the right place. He's been putting together some very creative craft beers at 42 North Brewing Company in East Aurora.
So far Drebot has whipped up more than 25 signature beers and ales but admits that he's had an occasional flop. "Sour porter, that didn't work well."
No matter, he says he always has another idea for a new beer. His holiday offering sounds like it had all the ingredients needed to make a fruitcake, including walnuts.
Chief Brewing Officer Clay Keel says that Drebot has a very important quality that he's brought to his position at 42 North Brewing Company, "Creativity".
