Baked goods with your beer? Bakery 55 may be just what the doctor ordered.

The new offering from Pegula Sports and Entertainment is set to open later this winter at the new Labatt House development in the Cobblestone District. A spokesperson for PSE tells 7 Eyewitness News that Bakery 55 will be its own entity that will offer breads and rolls - along with coffee, pastries and desserts. The bakery is expected to be open 7 days a week when it opens after the new year.

Bakery 55 will also be providing baked goods including fresh dough and pretzels to The Draft Room, a full service restaurant run by PSE located inside the same development.

The bakery is named after 55 Illinois Street one of two addresses (79 Perry) where the new development is located. PSE has invested $20 million into the complex which is expected to hold the company offices at some point next year.
