Alleyway Theatre is celebrating it 25th Annual showcase of one-act plays called Buffalo Quickies. This year Artistic Director Joyce Stilson sifted through more than 450 plays that were submitted for the popular play festival. Plays are "sent in from across the country and from all over the world" according to Stilson.
Joyce wanted to feature Western New York play writes so she selected eight plays from local writers including one by Channel 7's Mike Randall.
Randall's play is called SHOOT THE WEATHERMAN and will premiere with the seven other plays and run for nine performances beginning March 24th.
