University Police have arrested a third suspect in connection with the October 18th robbery in Porter Hall. In addition, three students, who originally reported the crimes in Tower 4 and Porter Hall on October 23rd as the victims, have been arrested and each charged with one count of the criminal sale of marijuana. All three students have been removed from the residence halls and assigned to the student judicial system.

The three robbery suspects now in custody are:
 Demarco Myers, Age 19, Buffalo, NY;
 Daqwan Marshall, Age 17, Buffalo, NY;
 Eric Scaife, Age 19, Buffalo, NY.

The three students charged with the criminal sale of marijuana are:
 Marquez Lighty, Age 18, New York, NY;
 Maurice Stewart, Age 18, New York, NY;
