Kombucha is a healthy drink that has been a health craze in the last few years.
Heather Lucas, co-owner of Bootleg Bucha and her husband Jeff Lucas started making Kombucha in their home three years ago. The couple wanted to bring the healthy drink to Buffalo.
Kombucha is tea that is fermented with a good kind of bacteria called Scoby. This ingredient help makes the drink good for digestion issues and is packed with probiotics to sooth the stomach. The tea has low sugar, packed with vitamins, antibiotics, and probiotics.
