It's COLD outside! If you are looking for that "winter" thaw, you may have to wait a while. But we have a list of events that may help your mind wander away from the winter chill.

Jersey Boys

The musical 'Jersey Boys' is making a return to Shea's Performing Arts Center this weekend. The musical documents the rise and fall of the 1960's rock 'n' roll group The Four Seasons. Tickets start at $40. There are shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Queen City Pup-Up Holiday Edition

Buy a holiday gift at the Market Arcade Friday and Saturday. The Queen City Pop-Up project will feature unique items from new local retailers. The shops will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday and 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday. It is free to attend. You can find more information here.

Third Fridays at the Buffalo History Museum

You can get into the Buffalo History Museum for free Friday.The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Here's a schedule of activities planned for Friday.

STEM Saturdays at the Explore & More Museum

Stay warm indoors and learn about math and science. The Explore & More Museum is hosting STEM Saturdays. Activities will be scattered throughout the museum that teaches children about science, technology, engineering and math. STEM Saturday starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. General admission is $11.

The Labatt Brew House First Anniversary Party

Raise a glass and say cheers to the Labatt Brew House. The brewery is celebrating it's one-year anniversary in downtown Buffalo. To celebrate the occasion, the Labatt Brew House will be hotsing a party Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. You can taste the brew house's birthday cake stout as well as an imperial mango guava sour. The first 75 customers will score some free swag, including limited-edition glassware and cookies.

Elmwood Village Farmers Market

The Elmwood Village Farmers Market is coming to a close. This is the second last weekend you'll be able to pick up fresh products at the corner of Elmwood Avenue & Bidwell Parkway. It doesn't cost as dime for you to peruse around from vendor to vendor. However, you'll bring home a few tasty treats grown by local farmers. The Elmwood Village Farmers Market is open on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Buffalo Sabres vs Ottawa Senators

The Buffalo Sabres will play its first weekend home game in two weeks as they get ready to take on the Ottawa Senators. The puck drops at 7:00 p.m. Tickets start at $45.
