The company wants you to join their family with a number of open job positions. Perry's is hiring hourly production jobs across three shifts and delivery drivers. The average tenure of employees at Perry's is 10.5 years, showing just how much people love the company.
Perry's puts an emphasis on on-the-job training, allowing you to develop your career. In 2018 the company had 41 internal promotions and job awards. Many current employees at Perry's started in different positions than they hold now.
Pay ranges from $14 to $26.50 based on experience and position. You may receive a raise six to 12 months after your start date, following completion of training.
