Geico is looking to fill dozens of of local positions this June and July as the company as a whole says it's hiring 3,000 people across the country by the end of 2020. These new jobs will be "work-from-home" positions until the company transitions back into the office.
In the Buffalo area, the insurance company is looking for claims representatives, customer service representatives and sales representatives with salaries ranging from $17.87 to $18.61 per hour.
The company says it currently has it's 2,500 plus local workforce working from home and the hiring, training and on-boarding process will take place virtually. Applications are being accepted now.
