Snow showers come to an end overnight with chilly temperatures in the lower 20s and teens. Wind chills may dip into the single digits. Clouds, especially across the S.Tier to start the day with sun filled skies for the rest of the day. Temperatures remain a touch below average with a bit of a breeze. More clouds on Thursday with milder temperatures and rain for St. Patrick's Day and temperatures near 50.
