BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW-TV) — Finally for the first this month the high temperature will reach 70 degrees. This will be the first time since March 29 that we've been at or above 70 degrees. It's also just the second time for 2020 in the 70s.

The normal high on this date is 61 degrees.

The record for today is 81 set in 1990. It won't be a record-breaker but it will be warm.

Not only will it be warm but it will also be windy as we could see winds gust over 50 miles per hour later this afternoon.
Wind Advisory for Chautauqua and Southern Erie Counties from 5pm today through 6am Thursday. Winds will gust near 50 mph.
