BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Snow showers taper off into the overnight with frigid temperatures in place. Wind chills will be near zero with temperatures in the low teens and even single digits.
Another round of light snow will arrive Friday afternoon and continue through Saturday. Temperatures will drop again on Sunday and likely cause a lake response from Sunday into early next as frigid conditions remain entrenched across WNY. in other news Lake Erie ice coverage shot up from 2% yesterday to 13% today.
