* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisories, very cold wind chills as
low as 18 below.
* WHERE...Cameron, Elk, McKean, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming,
Potter, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties.
* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM EST this
morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this
evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 18 below zero
could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not
taken.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
If outdoors, dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
