High Wind WARNING noon Friday until 5am Saturday for Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua counties for SW wind gusts to 60mph. Strong winds will blow down trees and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Be sure to secure loose outdoor object.s

Wind ADVISORY for Cattaraugus, Allegany, from Noon Friday until 8am Saturday and for McKean county from 11am Friday-2am Saturday for SW wind gusts to 50mph.

It'll be a chilly day Friday with snow showers. Minor snow accumulations of an inch or two. Temperatures increase to near 40 with rain showers mixing in for the afternoon. Winds will increase through the day and peak Friday evening and overnight. Partly sunny skies Saturday afternoon with snow arriving Saturday night into Sunday morning. Snow switches to rain showers before ending into Sunday afternoon as winds increase again.
