BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Clouds increase tonight with rain developing overnight toward dawn. Temperatures will hold steady and rise through the 30s and into the 40s. Turning windy by Friday morning with SW winds gusting to near 50mph across the southern tier and to around 35-40mph in the metro area. Rain will change back to snow late Friday with manageable accumulations going into the weekend.
