UB Football gets first win of 2017 season

A 33-10 win over Colgate (Hamilton, NY) gave the UB football team their first win of the 2017 season.

The Bulls are now 1-2.

The Bulls opened up scoring in the 1st quarter on their 1st drive and never looked back. They wound up rushing for 302 yards which is a season high. Emmanuel Reed recorded 120 of those yards in a career-high night on the ground.

Quarterback Tyree Jackson also had a career night on the ground, recording 97 yards on just 12 carries that included the team's first touchdown of the game. He also finished with 184 passing yards and a score.

The Bulls will return home Saturday, September 23rd when they host Florida Atlantic University. Kickoff is set for 7pm at UB Stadium.
