BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Soccer Shots Buffalo has their Spring season starting soon, and to make sure the kids can still get their exercise, they are offering "Soccer Shots On The Go".

"We want to be that resource we've been to Western New York for the last ten years," Soccer Shots Buffalo Executive Director Mark Miller said.

Soccer Shots On The Go is essentially online versions of the Soccer Shots classes that are geared toward ages 2-8. Children will still be able to do normal Soccer Shots activities from their own homes or backyards.

"Taking, you know, 20 to 25 minutes out of you day to do something together where you don't have to plan can be a bit of a stress reliever," Miller said. "A short break from the day to day."

Right now, Soccer Shots On The Go is only offered to those that signed up for the spring session, however if you are a healthcare professional, Soccer Shots wants to help.

Soccer Shots is offering a free scholarship to healthcare workers where they could get immediate access to Soccer Shots On The Go.

The children of these workers would be able to start right away as a thank you for all they have done.
