Members of the Buffalo Sabres helped others get into the holiday spirit Wednesday.

Kids sang Christmas carols at Women and Children's Hospital in Buffalo ahead of a tree lighting ceremony outside the facility on Bryant Street.

Forward Zemgus Girgensons was among the players on hand signing autographs for the kids and talking with the children and their families.
